On behalf of The Guild, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the families who dedicated their time and energy volunteering for The Guild. Your generosity, enthusiasm, and commitment have made a lasting difference in the lives of our students and staff. Please read the directions below before completing this form. 

This form is used to submit pre-approved volunteer hours that have already been completed for the Guild. By completing this form your hours will be input into Raptor after they have been reviewed and approved by the Guild. The volunteer must have an active Raptor account and the name must be entered as it appears in the Raptor account. Hours WILL NOT be credited if the person is not in Raptor or if the names do not match up. Please reach out to the MTA Guild for questions at mtaguildboard@gmail.com.
